Spyder Lee Entertainment signs Teephlow.

Spyder Lee Entertainment has signed a 4-year management deal with talented Ghanaian rapper, Teephlow in a short press meeting which was held at the Coconut Groove Resort in Accra on Wednesday December 14, 2016 to mark the signing of the deal. This comes weeks after the rapper graduated from Da Hammer's  Last Two Music Group. Present at the press briefing were Hammer of the Last 2 Music Group, Mr. Kweku Nduom (Vice President of Groupe Nduom), Mr. Edwin Adinkra (Executive Director of SpyderLee Entertainment), Chris Koney (SpyderLee Entertainment) and Bice Osei Kufour (President of Musicians Union of Ghana). Spyder Lee Entertainment has helped renowned artistes like the music duo, Keche At the press conference, Teephlow expressed his gratitude and promised to work hard and wish the deal would make him a better brand.

Fan ask Sarkodie if M.anifest will perform at Rapperholic Concert 2016. Read what he told him

Award winning BET artiste , Sarkodie took to social media platform Twitter to ask about views and expectations from his followers as his much anticipated show Rapperholic concert 2016 draws nearer.
A fan asked if M.anifest will perform at the event which will be held at the Accra International Conference Center.
Sarkodie swerved the question and said,  He should be there M.anifest engaged Sarkodie in a beef which gained attention from people from all works of life and since then.

There's no way i will work with Shatta Wale again - Bulldog

Artiste manager, Bulldog real name Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson has said he would never work with Shatta Wale again. The former manager of the Dancehall King in a reply to a the question said,  He don't think there is going to be a way he will work with Shatta Wale again 
“There is no way I’m going to work with Shatta Wale again, I don't think its gonna be”
He further added that, he don't have a problem with the 'chop kiss' hit maker though and that he loves him as a brother.
He aired his opinion when speaking with Accra based Happy FM  Shatta Wale is billed to perform at Citi FM’s Decemba2Remeba on December 24th!

Viasat1 has released the official nominees for the 2016 edition of Jigwe Awards which comes off on Thursday, December 22 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra. My sister raps better than D-Black - Wanlov

Beef is good for our music industry but absolutely not good for our artistes.  This year has recorded the highest number of beefing among musicians.
Its now crystal clear Ghanaian rappers, D-Black and Wanlov Da Kubolor,  have issues to be settled though we don't know what triggered the beefing.
In the HottestMCs list D-Black was mentioned which didn't go down well with the FOKN Boiz group member Wanlov, he then took to Facebook to blast MTV Base Africa 
“Wow @MTVBaseAfrica u still added d-black we hav medikal, joey b, yaa pono, m3nsa,…how sad…btw it’s Omar Sterling … not stelling.”
He was later called on Hitz FM to explain his claims. The  rapper stated again that, the  MTV Base guys aren't Africa committed a travesty by adding D-Black to the list and added D-Black is not a rapper, but a  business man.  He again said his sister, Sister Deborah, is a better rapper than D-Black.

Bulldog bids Mahama farewell, fails to congratulate president elect.

Artiste manager and NDC supporter, Lawrence Nana Asiamah-Hanson publicly known as Bulldog is yet to recover after suffering defeat in the last elections. It's been some days after Nana Akufo Addo was declared the President elect of Ghana. Whiles notable figures who rallied campaign for the NDC  are congratulating Akuffo-Addo and accepting defeats, Bulldog disclosed that outgoing President Mahama will forever be his president. According to him, critics saying Mahama hasn’t served well is not true, to Bulldog, Prez Mahama has arguably served well. On Facebook, he posted, "Forever my President... U served well"...

Diamond Appiah apologies to President Mahama. Is this one of her mocking tactics?

The wind of change which blew last Wednesday keeps blowing everywhere. Yes indeed change has come. Controversial TV personality and defeated parliamentary aspirant, Diamond Appiah is showing a sort of remorse.  She has written a short letter which she addresses the outgoing president John Mahama, in the first paragraph of the letter she apologised on behalf of the youth for uttering offensive words to him during the last elections. Somewhere in the middle she aired the reason most of the youth jabbed him and finally concluded thanking him for the infrastructures all over Ghana and consoled him for suffering defeat.  Isn't it funny how Diamond is making a sharp U turn after calling NDC members prostitute, thieves and all sort of names?

Its was mixed feeling when His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama met President elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo last on Sunday at the Accra International Conference Centre for the inauguration of the Presidential Transition Teams.
The meeting was co-chaired by Nana Addo and outgoing president Mahama .

Exclusive Mzbel deletes her Instagram photos, unfollows everyone.

Mzbel, real name Belinda Nana Akua Amoah, has deleted photos on her Instagram page and unfollowed all except one.
This follows after media reported the news that she broke in tears when some people allegedly stormed her house, asked her to record a video and apologise to president elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for uttering some distasteful remarks about him during the campaign period. It is unclear now why she took such decision to delete her photos. See screenshot of her Instagram account below.

Lydia Forson says she came to appreciate the true meaning of free speech under the Mahama led administration.

Controversial Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson, who has aired her opinion on almost every topical issue is the country is at is again. The screen diva says she got the genuine meaning of free speech in president Mahama's government, and she's hoping the president elect ensure its continue.

I personally saw this picture first when i visited the Facebook wall of Kwame Nkrumah's last born Sekou Nkrumah.  Its seen, Kwame Nkrumah giving a book to young Akufo-Addo. The caption suggest that Nkrumah thought Akufo-Addo could be president one day. The said picture is trending everywhere on social media. Though the background of the picture is unknown now, but hey its a prophesy come through. abi Prophet Owusu Bempah prophesied? Lol

Nana Akufo-Addo’swas declared winner of the presidential elections on Friday. Akufo-Addo, who was Square ting his third straight presidential election, secured 5,716,026 votes, representing 53.85 percent, to beat Mahama, who managed 4,713,277 votes, which represented 44.40 per cent. Many well wishers, including political opponents, have wished Akufo- Addo well.
