2016 BASS Awards calls for nominations

Ghana Bass Awards was launched in 2012 by Rackus Production, in partnership with Bullhaus Entertainment and Solid Multimedia. The Ghana Bass Awards scheme is designet to award Ghanaian Dancehall and Reggae musicians as well as artistes who dominated Ghana music through out the year.
The Board of the Bass Awards has announced the call for entries for this year’s edition of the event. The entries are to be sent to bassawardsghana@gmail.com and the closing date is Monday, October 31, 2016. According to the Board, the entries to be submitted should have been released during the period under review which is January 31 to December 31, 2015. The entries should be clearly labeled with the name of the artiste, producer and the category for the entry. Bass Awards 2016 will feature nominees jam priot to the awards night in December.

Actress Kafui Danku confirms rumours shares photos of a huge baby bump.

Kafui Danku award winning Ghanaian actress has confirmed the rumours by sharing a photo of her huge baby bump.
According to her, this pregnancy comes after a stillbirth and 3 miscarriages, perhaps good reasons for hiding the pregnancy thus far. It is not clear whether the actress has already given birth but she wrote on Facebook account:
“ I prayed for this DAY and it has finally come…A NEW DAY has indeed come! After 1 still birth and 3 miscarriages. I didnt give up. The Lord has his plans, when the time is right it will happen… And all flesh shall see it.”

I have heard and read people committing suicide just because they got broken heart, people spending millions of monies to look like their role model but not to this far.
Well, photos of some loyal Shatta Movement (SM) fans tattooed their body with SM emblems surfaced the internet.
And It has triggered the question as to, is it fashion of  tattooing their body or stupidity?

REVEALED! WHAT KILLED VYBRANT FAYA.

Shatta Movement Family(SMF) has released a press statement signed by Mr. Kelly Nii Lartey Mensah the Communications director for the movement briefing the public about the dead of their member Emmanuel Kojo Quayeson known in showbiz circles as Vybrant Faya. The statement has it that, Vybrant Faya was pronounced dead by the 37 Military hospital and that he had a motor accident  on the Tema motorway and was rushed to the hospital.

SAD NEWS: Vybrant Faya is dead!

Abrentepa.com has authoritative reported that Dancehall act Vybrant Faya is dead.
The sad news as reported by Abrentepa.com occurred today (October 23, 2016). Mr Logic his manager confirmed the news to abrantepa.com but withheld  details regarding his sudden demise.
Vybrant Faya rose to fame in 2014 after releasing ‘Mampi’, a song which earned him a number of nominations at different award schemes in Ghana.

Countryman Songo Wins Radio and Television Personality Of The Year + Full List Of Award Winners.

Popular Sport presenter Patrick Osei Agyemang, widely known as Countryman Songo host of  Adom TV's  'Fire for Fire' emerged the Personality of the Year at the 2016 edition of Radio/Television Personality Awards (RTP). Songo beat competition from Paul Adom Otchere (Metro TV), Bernard Avle (Citi FM), Nana Ansah Qwao IV (Joy FM), Nana Aba Anamoah (GhOne TV) Jessica Opare Saforo (Citi FM) and Gifty Anti (The StandPoint),
The event held at the Accra International Conference Centre, Saturday was Emceed by DKB and saw performances from SP Kofi Sarpong, Kwadee, Shatta Wale, among others.
