'Mahama Paper' Song Was Not A Praise To Mahama - Shatta Wale [ READ WHY HE SANG IT]

Shatta Wale told BBC’s Akwasi Sarpong, the controversial Dancehall act revealed that his “Mahama Paper” song was not released as a praise to the President of Ghana, John  Mahama.

We All 'Killed' Our Concerts, Stop Comparing My To That Of Sarkodie - Shatta Wale Plead

Confident self acclaimed Dancehall king Shatta Wale is pleading with critics to stop comparing his Indigo 02  concert to that of BET Award winner Sarkodie. The 'Kakai' hitmaker on Saturday evening shared a post on Facebook stating the BET Award winner “killed” his show and so did he “make a statement”. According to Shatta Wale, moments like these were great times for Ghanaians to celebrate and to push “our music to the next level rather than doing comparison”. This comes as a result of attempts by entertainment critics to find out who among the two (Sarkodie and Shatta Wale) had a larger audience during their concerts at the same venue. Organizer of both shows, Akwaaba Music explained that in as much as Shatta Wale had a larger audience, it was understandable since both shows were held at different seasons winter and summer.
Shatta Wale over the weekend put together a splendid show as he gave London a performance worth their money.

“Not full to capacity but attendance was perfect,” he said. Mr Tawiah who could not give figures quickly gave reasons why attendance for both shows varied. “March is winter time and August is summer time so sometimes you have to measure both but I would say the shows were wonderful adverts for Ghana,” he said. He added that in dancehall throwing of shots is allowed but questioned the personality behind MzVee's patois.
“In dancehall, beef is allowed; throwing shots at each other is allowed, even in hiphop, artiste diss each other. In all this, it makes the industry more interesting; if there is an upcoming gig, it makes fans wanna come out in their numbers to support their respective acts.”
Samini talking Kaakie- MzVee beef Samini again added that the hype surrounding MzVee and Kaakie has gone down and that they should drop some vibes.
“I think they’ve slowed down too much, both MzVee and Kaakie should ginger the industry a little bit. MzVee should drop some few songs, but her patois tho, hey, Richie, who writes the patoi…
